The Chairman reported the following:
a. ORD is continuing its efforts to reassi
n
g
25X1A9a LSR/ORD, to another component-
negotiations with OTS have not been successful. The
plan now is to inform that action is being
initiated to reduce his present grade from a GS-14,
step 5, to a GS-13, step 10, for the reasons stated
in ORD Memorandum #4653-75, and the date this action
is effective will also represent the beginning of a
one-year probationary period.
b. The D/ORD is reviewing
request for 20 months of training and research at
American University. The Chairman requested that
25X1A9a complete the requirements requested by
the CSP in Item 5, Special Session minutes,
21 November 1975.

7. ACTION Competitive Evaluation - GS-09's (1).
