THIS TRANSFER FACILITY IS LOCATED ON A RAIL SPUR NEAR ITS TERMINUS AT
2113N 10552E (UTM WJ888468).
TENDING FROM THE HA NOI/THAI NGUYEN RAIL LINE AT UTM WJ898471 WESTWARD TO
A RAIL BUMPER ADJACENT TO ROUTE 3 AT UTM wj888468. A WELL TRAVELED ROAD
IS OBSERVED EXTENDING FROM THE TERMINUS OF THE RAIL SPUR TO PHUC YEN AIR-
FIELD.

NEAR THE RAIL SPUR TERMINUS. WITHIN THIS AREA NUMEROUS WOODEN CRATES, TEN
PROBABLE METAL ROLLER CONVEYOR SECTIONS, AND OTHER UNIDENTIFIED MATERIALS
ARE PILED IN OPEN STORAGE. ONE EARTH ROLLER AND TWO SMALL EARTH SCRAPERS
ARE ALSO OBSERVED WITHIN THIS AREA. THE WOODEN CRATES APPEAR NOT TO BE OF
THE TYPE PREVIOUSLY IDENTIFIED AS CONTAINING AIRCRAFT, MISSILES, OR THEIR
COMPONENTS.
