piling target dossiers in support of clandestine collection of scientific:
and technical intelligence. The assistance of the Geography Division is
requested in the preparation of the projects currently being undertaken dossiers on targets in the Satellite areas.
2. The two targets for which geographic studies are desired are:

3. In order to insure use of all possibilities for collection in these
denied areas, it is necessary to have for each of these targets a fairly
complete area study. This should include:
a. Nip with the location of the target accurately marked.

ZE. It would be most helpful to this office in the ultimate compilation
of the target dossier if this geographic information could be presented under
