1. Concurredo for DD/I in the 0/CI proposal to DD/A for transfer
of the 0/CI messenger activities (three positions) to the Office of General
Services. The incumbents would be detailed to 0/CI for duty and on-the-
job supervision.
2. Attended the week~y meeting of the Regulation Steering Committee
at which further discussion was held concerning the initiation of the
program for the Development of the CIA Regulations
3. Arranged for representatives of the DD/I Offices to make an
initial review of approximately 50 additional folders of individuals
The folders will be made available
tomorrow to the interested Offices for the preparation of an evaluation 25X9A2
sheet for use during the visit Current plans call for
