PIAN OF TEE NEW C7 -H CITY OF OSTRAVA
The plaz.s for the new city of Ostrava call for 150,000 inhabitants. The
city will be divided into two parts by the Porubka River. One part will con-
tain about 90,000 people and the other 60,000. Smaller divisions with about
15,000 people each will be self-sufficient as to provisioning, recreation cen-
ters, etc. Every two of these divisions will comprise an okres, which will
have its own political setup, including its own okrea national committee cu
okres secretariat.

numbers on the sketch refer to the list of landmarks which follows.
