Poland is to hand over to Hungary 13 steam engines of the 377 type (i.e.
old shunting engines particularly suitable for industs"iar`railroa! . lines) .

To discuss the standardization of freight cars and passenger coaches, so
that spare parts can be manufactured in collaboration The manufacture of
passenger coaches must be carried out without importtng'any material from
the capitalist countries.
b. To discuss the supply by Hungary to Poland of motor trains (of the+ttype
to be delivered to Czechoslovakft and the East German Republic) and
propelled coaches.
co To sell 6-ton mine locomotives to Poland.
d, To discuss all technical details of the Polish standard freight-car types.
e; To divide the manufacture of special cars between'L'the two countries.
f, To. discuss a Soviet request that both states should supply the USSR
by the end of 3.955 with a total of 1500 x 50 cubic meter tank cars.
Hungary is to take on part of this order.
Within the framework of the electrifications scheme to offer and try to sell
to the Poles electrically propelled locomotives of the types '"Bobo', "Boeo."
and"Cav".

leave during October 1953 for Poland to negotiate an agreement..
The leader was to be Ldazlir Baraeskb. The technical department's delegate
was to be Engineer Bir6 (fnu.) if he was to manage to get his passport
in time, which seemed unlikely at the time,
