The corridor train coaches were manufactured by waggon factori25X1 in GDR and exported to the USSR. The sets of broad-gauge wheels will be used with the Soviet rail system. The long-distance coaches are a new type of s-coach with sleeping facilities to be used in long-distance trains in the USSR. ~Commenti The tank cars probably belong to the Soviet crude oil shipping25X1 movement to hydrogenation plants in the GDR and return empty to the USSR. Comment. The shipments probably contained jet aircraft fuel for the 25X1 Twenty-F~ ourth Air Army. This assumption is believed to be correct with the shipments to Erfurt, Jueterbog and Grossenhain. Comment. The shipments indicate the beginning of a new motor vehicle 9? Comment. The shipments of uranium belong to the monthly 10,000 tons 25X1 quota which is to be delivered by the Uranium Mining District in Saxony to the USSR. Comment. The shi ent which con he new T-54 type was previously observed. Comment. The shipments contained export goods for the USSR or Re ina. The trucks were produced by motor vehicle plants in the GDR. Comment) the cars belonged to an intrazonal ammunition shipment. It is noticeable that Rothenburg/Sable is not known as a post or depot. Comment. The shipment has not been determined. Since standard-type boxcars cannot be used for transportation of goods exceeding the scheduled load, it is believed that the cars were possibly flatcars which were loaded 25X1 with over-size fuel containers for the Boehien hydrogenation plant. Comment. The cars belonged to an intrazonal ammunition shipment between the GSFG ammunition depots at Wulkow and Torgau. 25X1 25X1 Approved For Release 2008/06/24: CIA-RDP80-0081 OA007100230003-8 Approved For Release 2008/06/24: CIA-RDP80-0081 OA007100230003-8 11. Comment. The shipments probably contained T-54 tanks which arrived he he USSR. The shipments to Forst Zinn mentioned in ar a hs 2 and are probably identical. 12. Comment. The composition indicates that the shipment contained ammunition. Altengrabow is known as a Soviet ammunition depot. It is noticeable that the shipments included over-size boxcars, a type which has four axles and a loading capacity exceeding 30 tons. Since the stock of such cars is only small, they were probably not used for standard-type ammunition but for transportation of ammunition of an especially large caliber (bombs or rockets ?).
