The branches of the repair shop were lacking of material which could not be procured in time since only two Diesel Trucks were available at present. 6. The shortage of spare parts influenced the working morale of the men and ed to a state of indifference which was supported by the rumor that the Soviets would close the repair shop since the installation is located in East Berlin and not in the East Zone.
