Ze An Intelligence Production Career Service Board will be established
composed of the following, or their designees

The Board will be responsible for monitoring the application and
functioning of the Agency Persormel program as it applies to the
members of the Intelligence Production Career Service, including:
(a) Planning the utilisation and development of such
individuals, including their training, assignment,
rotation, and advancement.
(b) Reviewing certain requests for personnel actions to
reassign, promote, demote, or separate such individuals,
The present Office Career Service Boards will continue to advise
the Assistant Directors: on internal office persomel management
matters and, as they direct, to monitor the application and
functioning of the personnel program within the offices,
In lieu of establishing a formal DD/I Career Service Board to
consider across the board personnel policy matters in the DD/I
area, such questions would be considered as required through
informal meetings of the DD,/ and all the Assistant Directors,
