DD/I said that he met yesterday with his Office Heads and Bill Hyland from ONE to provide proper guidance for briefing on or dis- cussing Vietnam with the foreign liaison officers. OCI will conduct a weekly Vietnam briefing for them, and procedures have been tightened for discussions of intelligence on other areas.
