Olltsidp of Headquarters, employees are in the Metropolitan Washington area. 2. Four temporary buildings are scheduled for demolition in the next few years, and w of new space to accommodate the employees now occupying or scheduled to move into these buildings to make more room at Head- quarters. 3. The ten so-called permanent buildings are not to be torn down, but their use is extremely inefficient and expensive. With the exception of the Rosslyn Garage, the overt personnel office in 1016- 16th Street, and certain of the 00 and DODS offices in 1717 H Street, all the functions now conducted in these buildings would be more efficient if located under one roof, preferably at Headquarters. fl.
