During a discussion with the iGE Chairman, Mr. Jackson Horton, he indicated there was considerable sentiment in the committee for recommending to USIB full committee .status for the IGE. During IGE meetings, cancern for policing technology losses to the Soviet Union has prolonged their deliberations. The Ad Hac IGE, in addition, is in the rocess of revising DCID 2/b on Exchanges.
