graduate program is using the new three-volume programmed text in
topographic map `reading produced by and printed by DIA
in September. The first editicn of this text was produced in CIA

Dr. Anthony J. Cacioppo discussing the IC Staff's product review

31. Ad Hoc Interagency Group an Exchanges (IGE)
The Ad Hoc Interagency Group on Exchanges (IGE) is in its
final throes of preparing a report to USIB. During a discussion
with the iGE Chairman, Mr. Jackson Horton, he indicated there was considerable
sentiment in the committee for recommending to USIB full committee .status
for the IGE. During IGE meetings, cancern for policing technology losses
to the Soviet Union has prolonged their deliberations. The Ad Hac IGE,
in addition, is in the rocess of revising DCID 2/b on Exchanges. Rction
