1. Reference is made to memorandum dated 10 September 1952
from the Acting Chief, Technical Services Laboratory/OTS, subj-
ject, "Designation of Special Purchasing Agent for TSL/OTS."
2. Pursuant to the basic delegation of authority from the
DCI to the Chief, Procurement and Su ly Office, dated 1 Dember 25X1 Aga
1950, authority is delegated to
Assistant, TSL/OTS, to expend funds for the purpose of purchasing
various and sundry items necessary to the operation of TSL/OTS
with a limitation of
$1,000. per month.
3. All receipts and accounting will be forwarded through
the Chief, Procurement and Supply Office, before being forwarded
to the Finance Division.
4. It is requested that be detailed to this Office
for training and instructions before any procurement under sub-
ject delegation is effected.
