3. It is requested that Mrs be reimbursed by CIA
(from CIA training funds) for tuition and materials. As a
partial payment in advance is required by the Sanz School, it
is further requested that Mr. - be granted an advance of
$14.0 to cover tuition for the first ten hours=> of training. An
additional advance of $40 will be required by Mr. fol-
lowing completion of the first ten hours to cover the remainder
of his course.
