3. The locoriotive colunns stationed at Frankfurt on the Oder were enraged in routine
opera':ior_s on 21 Decorber 1950. ?io heavy duty flatcars here dispatched Eaot. "To
cltanr~oe s.~re observed in the condition of the ra^erve locomotives ?r'iich are ?kept
unfired at Boenkow.
4. As of 30 December 1950, no indication ?aESa observed of pro-ent or irr.inont onploy~-
t eat of the loco'"-otivon of the deactivated colunne. Such errrloy ont *.x~u1d be
necessary if the Soviotsi,ero r'Ftnrinry tranoport operations excoadinr the pro-
viously observed volcano. -
