a spur track 6.2 km long was
being constructed from a point near the Damgarten railroad station
(N 55/2 13) to the Puetnitz (N 55/P 13) airfield. The spur was built
by the Bauunion Firm in .iaren Or 54/u 35) by order of the soviet occu-
pation power. The rails and ties required were obtained at the air-
fields of Perleberg (M 54/t 70) (2.4 km of trackage) and .ierder (N 53/
Z 53) (1.8 km of trackage). The remainder had to be supplied by the
Schwerin railroad headquarters. The project was scheduled to be cam,-
pleted by 1 March 1951. 50X1 -HUM
