Her two propeller shafts and their bearings are being taken ashore All her electrical motors and puaps are to be dismantled. Her bulkhead doors are at present ashore where they are being overhauled. The three locomotive which were placed on her deck to produce steam for her winches have new been replaced by tvo large boilers. The vessel is still taking a considerable aunt of water, All efforts of divers to locate the leaks hnve been unsuccessful, b. The former HAPAG liner RUS. The work on this vessel has now recommenced since large quantities of raw matmlals have been received by the shipyard, c. The Soviet vessel S0V1ETSKAYA GAVAN.. Three shifts are at p7esent being worked on this vesSel. Her bulkheads aro being ZOLIVOTeaaa. New electrical cables are being installed throughout. She has received new propeller shaft bearings,. A bolt of narrev plateu is being riveted round the vessel Just beim her main deck in order to strengthen her. Her bow has been reinforced CEisverstei- fungY and the work on her bridge is virtually completed. The Soviet vessel KARELIA. Extensive engine tests have been carried out during the last ten days, a22 of yhiCh have been satisfactory. The work on her decks is now finished, and her nautical equipment, has been installed. e. The Soviet vessel MBLIb ,* Al]. her engines and auxiliary en- gines have been removed and are being sh1ppe5 to Russia. The work of constructing her new foreship is to commence shortly.
