The number of night patrols has been increased. The repair and. construction of a road between Dizdar (possibly the previously repotted but unlocated Dizdarvi),and Aghche (possibly Aehtche,'39-01N, 48-25E) is now completed and trucks are now using this road. About 700 woman took partin a big meeting opposite Iranian Garmi. At theconclusion of the meeting, speeches were delivered. The meeting WAS under the supervision of two officers, three soldiers, and four civilians.
