Abstract: A nonenG~psulated airrulent culture of anthrax bacilli) whose
proper'~i~as are stably preserved was obtained Eton the virulent
strain ~;3~3 by means of direct cultivation. It is virulent
only to irhitR rice in a dose of Q.2 ~.. This culture can form
a reliab:Le inm~nity fn animals inocul,e,ted ~r~.th it intramuscu-
larly, tt~riee;. The use o~ a 20~ camphor oil solution stimu-
lates the nervous system and assures immunity even in animai.s
inoculated voce. Tt~e spore vaccine, unlike the avirulent 21+-hour
culture, causes death in 11-12~ of the inoculated guinea pigs.

[n 1955, a Herr highly ei'ficient mechanism was constructed in
the Chaeov-Yar Mice, which consisted of a "P d'~" rotor exca-
vator and a walking-type swing chute "Dl11�1". 1'he capacity of
i~h� "P8�J" rotor excavator ie 600 m3~hour and #;he power of in-
fstalled electric motors amounts to 240 kw,
7'he rated capacity of the walking-type swing chute is 650 m3/hr
Find the total power of installed electric motors amounts to

]:n 1956 mechanizatio:~ in the Chaeov-Yar open mines reduced the
r.~et cost per ton of refractory clay to 15 rubles 66 kopeks

9BSTRACT: 9lhe Chasov-Yar r-efractory clay deposit has a thickness of from
]. to 12 m with an irregular hypsometry of both roof and bottom.
T'he thickness of overburden rocks varies from ].6 to 38 m.
~Phe refractory clay in the Chasov�Yar open minf- is mined ~-ith
rotor excavators d�signed and constructed by local mine-work
~~hope. The average capacity per excavator in ].956 was b34 tons
Pier shift, varying from 23b tone for dump truck transport to
;L,005 tone for belt conveyers transport. The belt canveyers-
:reloaders, 1~ and 32 m :long, also manufactured in the Chaaov-
'Yar mechanical ehops~are extensively used for olay transport~-
tion. Their total :length in the open mined off' the Chasov-Yar
1Nining Administration amounts to over 2.5 km.
In removing overburden rooks two systems are ulaed:

The oscillations 'ln the volt-ampere Characteristics, accompanying the negative-
resistanee region,, could be suppressed by infrared illwnination. The analysis of
the data indicate~a that when certain relations between the rel~ombinatian cross sec
tions ar~2 satisfiE:d in the region of small infection levels, -the lifetime increases
with rise of in~et:tion level, but further increase of the infection level causes a
decrease xn the l~~fetime., The presence of rising and falling sections of the life-
time explain the oscillations of the resistance of long diodes. If the increase in
the lifetime leads to the appearance of negative resistance, then the oscillations
axe connricted with a decrease in the lifetime on going to higher infection levels.
Voltage oscillations of this type were observed in diodes compensated by the radian
