7.rR~-NSI~ITION: A study was made of the chaxactexisties of the ma~~netic field and its
interpretation. Two systems of large-scale anomalies were distinguished. Due to
they fact that shield deposits do not affect the genexal structure of the ~dnomalous
fie~td, the distingutshed systems of anomalies reflect the abyssal struc�tux~e of. the
territory. A series of large ano~lou~a zones are interpreted as abyssal Fractures
controlling the distribExtion of individu~xl large centers of effusive ac~tiv-ity.
