Abstract: Biogeocoenolo~;y should be differentiated from other
se~.ences which study the earth's exterior shell (the geosphere)

gy, and such.
Biogeocoenology examines the functioning of the bio~;eococnot;ic
shell of the earth, the nhyto~,eosphere and the vitasnhere, end
