SUBJECT: Supplemental Support Package for New Initiatives
Submitted by the Office of the DCI
to generate DA resources.
1. Forwarded herewith are supplemental worksheets which contain
Directorate of Administration (DA) resources needed to support the proposed
1984 New Initiatives submitted by the Office of the DCI.
2. After we applied fractions of DA positions to each New Initiative,
we rounded them into whole positions to conform to the budgetary process.
These whole positions were then allocated to those DA Offices which would
incur the greatest impacts.
3. Increases involving travel, transportation, equipment, and
contractual services relative to the 1983 base were not sufficiently large
