1. In response to reference, this office has again reviewed
its courier schedules and resources in an attempt to accommodate
your additional courier requirements. In order to meet your
priority requirement we will ex and the current schedule of runs
which service the to include a
new run at 0945 daily. (See attached schedule. 25X1
2. As previously stated, the Office of Logistics' courier
resources are substantially committed to the point where there is
minimal flexibility without personnel augmentation. Unfortunately,
it is not possible to eliminate other runs because they are also
supporting high priority Agency business. We have only two
couriers available for this series of runs and the addition of
the 0945 run to significantly
increases the comma men o ese resources. attached schedule 25X1
will require one to two hours overtime daily and will provide no
margin for delays due to weather, traffic or vehicle breakdown. We
will, however, make our best effort to meet the requirements of the
schedule as proposed. 25X1
3. Unless advised to the contrary, we will implement the
attached schedule at 0600 on 29 November 1982. 7 25X1
