Status of Tasks Assigned by Senior Management: a. On 5 January, the (OL/PMS) was contacted by staff. Major Events That Have Occurred During the Preceding Week: a. Procurement Note Status: (1) reported that PN 197, clarifying the purpose of certificates of appointments for contracting officers n drafted and circulated for review and comment. (2) In preparation for promulgation as PN 196, OL/PMS has circulated a draft version, regarding an informal bid/ solicitation protest pcednre for review and comment by procurement elements. b. Review of Federal Acquisition Circulars (FAC): reported that FACs 84-26 and 84-29 have been reviewed for Agency compliance, ap changes to the CIA Contracting Manual. Government-Furnished Property (GFP) Annual Report: OL/PMS received additional GFP information from the Office of Communications Contract Branch which will amend the subject annual report d. Agency Contract Review Board (ACRB) Activities: ,25X1 25X13,0 (1) Eight dockets, with a total dollar value of $10.4 million, were reviewed by the Board in a regularly scheduled session on 5 January.
