For this initial session he 1. (S) This report provides documentation of a remote viewing session conducted in compliance with a request from OACSI, DA. This office was requested to provide information concerning the In response to this request the Officer at the Intelligence Threat Analysis Center (ITAC), INSCOM, was contacted and briefed on the INSCOM GRILL FLAME Program (IGFP). He was asked to provide target data and orientation information so that a remote viewer could be directed to provide relevant and The mission was to describe the area designated by this coordinate and determine the activity in the area. 2. (S) Although ambient room noise was very loud during this session, the remote viewer was able to achieve a better than usual state of relaxed concentration. The remote viewer was told that the target was an area - and was provided the above geographic coordinate. The viewer's images appear to be relevant to the target site. (See TAB B) 3. (S) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the document, GRILL FLAME Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol(S), undated. 4. (S) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions during the remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made by the viewer reference his impressions of the target site. It don't fit. #28: Okay. PAUSE Describe your impression of this church steeple. PAUSE #7: I saw it in the upper. . . upper left. Then I see . . . lots of steeples to the right. Overall . . . Overall feeling of . . . spiritual. PAUSE Something to do with a church. #28: Okay. #7: Religious, I guess. #28: Okay. Take one last look at the area and then prepare to sit up and draw. PAUSE #28: Can you put some labels on these little things? PAUSE #7: This is symbolic. #28: Your church feeling. The church #7: I think that's symbolic. #28: That's some sort of symbolic, okay. PAUSE #7: I saw a flash of a fence. It was very bright. I don't think I mentioned it. I only saw a portion of it and I didn't understand it. I meant to come back to it and I forgot to. It was not like chain link. It was . . . I think it was symbolic. And I only saw a small portion of it. Like it was rod iron, but I think that was a symbolic thing. I was looking down and I saw what I thought was a boat.
