CONSTRUCTION OF CANOPIES OVER THE DOLLY POSITIONS AT 3 LAUNCH POSITIONS IS OBSERVED FOR THE FIRST TIME AT THE NIZHNYAYA TURA. PROBABLE LONG RANGE SAM LAUNCH COMPLEX. AN AIR WARNING RADAR FACILITY ASSOCIATED WITH THE KIEV PROBABLE LONG RANGE SAM LAUNCH COMPLEX IS NEWLY IDENTIFIED. WU-SHA-TA-LA SAM SITE A15-2, LOCATED NEAR THE WU-SHA-TA-LA AIRFIELD, CHINA, IS COMPLETE AND THE 6 POSITIONS CONTAIN SA-2 LAUNCHERS. SIX. COVEREDSA-2 MISSILE TRANSPORTERS ARE LOCATED NEAR THE LAUNCH POSITIONS. OTHER EQUIPMENT OBSERVED INCLUDES .A FAN SONG RADAR, 7 TRUCK,VANS1-9,VAN TRAILERS, 10 TRACKED PRIME MOVERS, 3 PROBABLE CANISTER TRANSPORTERS, 6 SETS OF BOGIE WHEELS, AND AT 'LEAST '6 MISSILE CANISTERS. ALL VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT HAVE BEEN BROUGHT TO THE SITE 25X1D SINCE IT WAS LAST PHOTOGRAPHED 25X1D 25X2 AT SEVERODVINSK SHIPYARD 402, THE 402/A-,55 (FORMERLY REPORTED AS A U-BALLISTIC MISSILE SUBMARINE) HAS MOVED FROM THE FITTING-OUT QUAY INTO THE-ESTUARY::AND THE 402/B-,SS (PREVIOUSLY REPORTED AS AN UNIDENTIFIED LARGE SS) REMAINS IN THE LAUNCH BASIN.
