SIGNIFICANCE 2. LOCATION: 3. MISSION READOUT: CONCENTRATIONS OF VEHICLES/EQUIPMENT WERE OBSERVED CONCENTRATIONS OF VEHICLES/EQUIPMENT WERE LOCATED IN SYRIA BETWEEN DAMASCUS AND DUMAYR AIRFIELD. A TOTAL OF AT LEAST 1113 VEHICLES AND 12 FLATBED TRAILERS WERE DEPLOYED IN 11 AREAS OF CONCENTRATION FROM THE EASTERN AMMUNITION DEPOT UG OF THESE VEHICLES BY TYPE WAS NOT POSSIBLE DUE TO OBLIQUITY, SMALL SCALE AND IMAGE BLUR. THE MAJORITY OF THE VEHICLES, HOWEVER, APPEARED TO BE WHEELED. DUMMY SA-2 EQUIPMENT OCCUPIED THREE OF THE. FIVE LAUNCH POSITIONS ADJACENT TO THE ORIGINAL SA-2 SITE. THAT GUIDANCE AREA WAS OCCUPIED WITH A DUMMY FAN SONG RADAR. HELICOPTER DISPERSAL AREA (N-8374/73): THE HELICOPTER DISPERSAL AREA (AREA 12 ON N-8372/73) WAS LOCATED IN THE VICINITY OF 33-30N 036-28E.
