(S/WN) The identification of the possible Moscow terminal of this new satellite commu- nications link is based on the following activity at Moscow/Shchelkovo. OnIFigure 2) two PARK DRIVE antenna sets were observed for the first time at Shchelkovo. They were parked in a venue storage area east of a I antenna. On (Fi ure 3) the two 25X1 PARK DRIVEs were operationally deployed northwest of the antenna. On= 25X1 Figure 4), one PARK DRIVE had been removed, but one remained operationally de- 25X1 ployed northwest of the antenna. Two unoccupied parking hardstands had 25X1 been constructed nearby, a new antenna had been positioned west of the 25X1 antenna, and cable trenches connected the new hardstand area, the= 25X1 meter antenna, and the (Figure 5), five days before the 25X1 new link was activated, the PARK DRIVE was operationally deployed on the new parking hard- stands, where it has remained. 3. (S/WN) The Cuban terminal for this link is probably Lourdes Central Sigint Complex (BE where two PARK DRIVE antennas have been present for several years.
