ttached is the draft of the Job Description to go
with S . Iang's apers. The peculiar phraseology is due to
the fact is adopted from the more or less formalised
wording of the Job Description which was used on his previous,
application. If the description seems a shade emphatic over
the nature and importance of the job that is because: Lang was
turned down previously on a Job Description that was fairly
close to the present job (although much more general) and
Col. Bigelow says that it is necessary to make this one
somewhat stronger in view of the changed situation.
