actuality, a partially underground (PUG) chemical storage site.

canisters were shipped overland from the Vietnamese port of Danang to Silve(b)(3)
City. These containers had foreign markings, some Vietnamese and some
unidentified, non-Asiatic in form. One of the workers at the facility once
pointed to a shipment of such canisters and commented that "they are the
chemicals that kill."
2. The majority of the alleged CW canisters were stored in the N.E.
corner of the facility in five storage bunkers. (b)(1)
