1. Attachment A contains Minutes of Meeting held
7 February 1966 at Contractor's Greenville facility, and
summarizes points agreed upon jointly by the Contractor
and the Agency.
2. Attachment B shows Contractor's organization chart
of Greenville Division Engineering Operations.
3. The following items relate to discussions regarding
the contract and its performance.
a Urgent need for cable communications.
requested that Bill Long be informed and asked
make installations as soon as possible, and/or
arrange for OSA use of present cable drop be-
longing to the other agency component.

b. Urgent need for the P2V aircraft, now located
in California, to be readied and ferried to the
contractor's Greenville facility for use during
contract Phase I. requested that
arrangements be made through Bill Seward at Head-
quarters with the Air Force at California location.
Immediately upon notification of aircraft availa-
bility, Dave Lane at Greenville is to be notified.
He will disptach mechanical and flight crews for
readying and ferrying. Bill Seward, when con-
tacting the aircraft custodian, also to arrange
for furnishing POL*, etc. by the bas (Con-
tractor's estimated cost of $3,071 d s not provide
for such items. Contractor agreed t accumulate
applicable costs under separate work rder which
will be Torhpd under another exist g CPFF con-
tract, at s suggestion. However, the
costs of recommissioning and ferrying the aircraft
should be charged to this contract.)
c. Letter of Intent for Phase I to be transmitted to
contractor within five (5) days. Phase I nego-
tiated as FFP of $25,995., (estimated in project
costs at $30K.) commencing 6 February, with com-
pletion within approximately six (6) weeks.
Definitive contract to be issued as soon as pos-
sible and transmitted to contractor. (Verbal
approval to proceed given contractor by
6 February 1966).

of funds for Phases I and II within one (1) week
(by 14 February 1966). stated funds
are available and are to be earmarked and reserved
for this project immediately.
During Phase I, contractor to also proceed with
such Phase II items as are firm.* Contractor is
preparing draft Letter of Intent for Phase II to
cover commencement of Phase II work concurrently
with Phase I. Place monetary limitation on ex-
penditures. Specifically identify and obtain
separate cost estimates for each unit of work
which the contractor may commence during Phase I.
Use these data to state the limitation on ex-
penditures. The amount authorized for expendi-
tures to be as low as possible.
f. Contractor urgently needs set of microfilm. To
be obtained and furnished by

Ascertain status of associate Prime Contractors
as to whether contractually covered.
h. Phase II (and perhaps Phase III) contract to be
based on data developed in Phase I.
i. Contractor agreed to accumulate costs separately
for Phases I, II and III.
