I have confirmed with D/CIA that he is fine with doing the RPI visit and address the evening of Friday, 4
November (vice the morning of Wednesday, 2 November). Please lock in that evening with RPI. Also, since the Federal
Law Enforcement luncheon should end by 1430 and Logs advised that a two-hour window to transit from NYC to RPI in
Albany is preferred, we anticipate D/CIA should be available to start the RPI visit as early as 1630, if that would work
better for RPI. We'll stand by for further word on the RPI schedule.

To follow up on our RPI sametime conversation last week � RPI believes participation will not be an issue on Friday, 4
November, however the schedule would be lighter than if we go with Wednesday, 2 November. FYSA, DDI and RPI are
available and have a hold on both dates in case there is a change.

D/CIA is no longer available to speak at RPI on Tuesday, 27 September (he now has to be back in WDC the night of 26
September). Also, of the two November dates that were previously offered, the afternoon of Friday, 4 November, is the
better option for D/CIA, if a schedule can be worked in coordination with the Federal Law Enforcement Foundation
Annual Lunch that he is addressing (if not, we'll have to go with the morning of Wednesday, 2 November). Please advise
as soon as possible which date is confirmed with RPI.
