14 May - 16 June 1978
6. The following categories of ORD job functions were made:

e. Senior Technical Officer/SPS

7. The preliminary announcement of summer session courses at
Massachusetts Institute of -Technology was reviewed by the Panel and
note was made of nterest. The announcement will be circulated
8. The CSP members agreed tha will prepare the
competitive evaluation paperwork and distributeD Division Chiefs
for ratings and final tabulation before the May CSP meeting. This
will cover GS-11's through GS-15's. The Special Panel will prepare
the evaluation paperwork on the clerical and secretarial personnel.
